Single room available to rent out for a professional or student.

We are a family of 4. Two girls under 2 years old.

Would like a homestay student to help rent out a single bedroom. We have a single bed available to us not the most comfy but will do. If you have your own furniture to add to the room that would be great.

We have foxtel, wi-fi, power and water included. Save money on Gym membership.

Please note that we expect 2 weeks bond and one week in advance.

Complex has a onsite gym and pool which is great to use mainly in Summertime.
