DOH 3 bedroom house swap for 3 bedroom townhouse/unit rochedale, springwood area — Brisbane

I would like to move closer to my children's school. This is a highset 3 bedroom house with a large front enclosed verandah. There is a large backyard and is also cemented under the house. The house is screened and has a separate toilet to the bathroom. A new kitchen has been installed also.

I would like to swap my 3 bedroom house for a 3 bedroom townhouse or unit around the area of rochedale or springwood areas.
