Large room with own walk in robe, bathroom and amazing views — Gold Coast

We have a huge room with own deck and massive walk in wardrobe availalbe. The room has wooden floors and gets the afternoon sun. There is an amazing view of the Gold Coast. The house is up in the Hinterland so would suit someone (or a couple) who loves being close to nature but not too far from the city.
We are up in Lower Beechmont which is a quiet little village on the way to Binna Burra. It's only 15mins down the hill to Nerang and the motorway and about 40 mins to Broadbeach or Southport.
We are an easy going female couple in our early 30's. We enjoy yoga and well being, travel and exercise. We also have a cute little cat Jazzy who loves cuddles!
The rent is $150 (more for a couple) plus share of the electricity - we have solar hot water so that saves a fair bit. Also have tank water so no fluoride or chlorine or water charges.
We are looking for someone who is down to earth, tidy and responsible. We only use environmentally friendly products.
