The laundry and powder room as located on downstairs with Fisher and Pykel dryer and a Miele washing machine.The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs (large fridge, ILVE gas stove + oven, Miele dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all KitchenAid cooking appliances (mixer, toaster and blender). Why not enjoy brunch at the large kitchen island with stool seating or enjoy the outside seating and have a BBQ at home? The dining room and kitchen flow onto the lounge area which is stylishly furnished with clean and crisp pieces which then leads through BiFold doors into the courtyard which has a large sunshade. The private outdoor deck area has an outdoor dining set and wrap around seating to accommodate plenty of seats for guests.
