We are couple with 2 children (under 4 years of ages) and require an accommodation on urgent basis. We just moved in Sydney and hotel accommodation is bit high. Currently we require one month stay and willing to move in right now, we may require you to extend our stay. I will be paying in Cash for whole month in advance and my range is from $ 250 - 350 depending on the accommodation.
